CONDITIONS
1. A non-refundable deposit of 200 euros
per week is payable within 7 days of reservation.
2. Final
non-refundable payment of balance 28 days prior to arrival.
3. Your reservation will be confirmed
in writing or via email.
4. The price includes:
electricity, oil heating, bed linen(excluding travel cot),
towels and all other household linen. Change of bed linen by
request, not included in price.
5. Fuel for open fire is
not included in the price.
6. On departure, the house,
equipment and utensils must be left in clean and tidy
condition.
7. There is no telephone at the premises.
8.
No pets allowed.
9. House Occupancy more than 8 people is
not allowed.
10. We cannot be responsible for loss or
damage to valuables or personal property and we recommend you
have the appropriate insurance cover in force during your
holiday.
11. The management may terminate occupancy if
terms and conditions are not complied with.
12. In the
event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of
Salmon Quays Holiday Home howsoever arising any loss and/or
damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter
shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the
proprietors of Salmon Quays Holiday Home.
13. Check in
between 4:30p.m. and 7:30p.m. check out 10a.m.prompt.
Variations to this may be made by prior arrangement.
14.
Payment of deposit implies acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Please make cheques payable to P.Keane , if
non-euro please use tourist rate at date of signing, and send
